Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
